Stephanie Nalley is a court reporter and legal videographer who works from our Louisville Kentucky office. She has experience handling many different types of cases. She has been the court reporter of record in cases such involving medical malpractice, Workers’ Compensation, coal mine litigation, car wrecks, nursing home negligence, business disputes and many more. While she is based out of Louisville, Stephanie travels with her clients to deposition locations across Kentucky. On any given week you might find her in places like Lebanon, Salyersville, Harold, Stanton, Owensboro, Paducah or any of the many cities in between.
Like all of our court reporters, Stephanie’s transcripts are delivered in a wide variety of formats. Whether you need a paper transcript, PDF, Mini-script, ASCII, e-Tran, or other deposition format, we can deliver it to you at no extra charge. Stephanie takes depositions on a daily basis. Whereas most court reporters may only take two or three depositions per week, our standardized production system allows our court reporters to stay in the field every day. In short, court reporters like Stephanie spend almost all of their time working directly with attorneys and experiencing the many unique situations that can arise during litigation. Whatever problem or scenario that may arise at your deposition, you can be confident that Stephanie has successfully dealt with a similar situation in the past.
Stephanie has a Computer Information Systems degree from St. Catharine College and served as Reporter for Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. She is the Board President of Modern Woodmen of American Fraternal Financial (Floyd Knobs, IN region) where she plans and coordinates community service projects throughout Kentucky and Indiana.
When she is not working hard on your depositions or legal videos, Stephanie enjoys spending her free time with kids and on the water boating, jet skiing and playing basketball. Here favorite sports teams are the University of Louisville and Miami Heat.
