TECHNOLOGY FOR THE LEGAL PROFESSION – This course is designed to give the attendee an initial introduction to the latest multimedia and litigation technology, along with the benefits of digital audio and video files, the use of synchronization, research, preparation and the fundamentals of using Trial Technology software to prepare for Trial. We will discuss the basic principles of utilizing transcripts, videos and documents. Live demonstrations of the use of audio and video on the iPOD and synchronization.

We will discuss the basic principles of utilizing transcripts, videos and documents. Learn how to import/export files, annotate images, and create scripted IssueBuilders. Our Certified Trial Technicians will cover the courtroom set-up and administration, as well as, a question and answer session. Attendees should feel proficient in the skills required to use Trial Technology in the law office, preparing for trial and then presenting a case in court. We will also discuss how to effectively and powerfully present all of the court rulings, including documents, images, sound, and vide in the courtroom, whether it is wired for computers or not.
